We are Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream, Herriman UT, an ice cream shop that mixes homemade, super premium ice cream with a playful Early American tavern theme. Our menu lists chunky and swirly flavors, generous sundaes, thick milkshakes, hot chocolate and made to order ice cream cakes. We build desserts around bold mix ins and large formats, so a sundae for a family or a custom cake for a party arrives as a composed item rather than a simple scoop. We produce Ice Cream, Cakes, Sundaes, Milkshakes, Dessert and Hot Chocolate on site in small batches and we plan each visit or event around those products. When someone contacts us we discuss flavor options, portion sizes and presentation so hosts know what to expect. For made to order cakes we confirm cake flavor, mix ins and size, then schedule production to match the event date. For parties we coordinate menu items and deliver theatrical sundae or dessert presentations, and we finish orders in the shop so guests receive assembled desserts ready to serve.
